The tag mirror provided a tag cloud for your library, with a twist - it wasn't based on the tags you put on your own books, it was based on the tags that other LibraryThing members applied to those same books. This allowed you to see how other people categorized your library, as well as gave a way to get a quick sense of someone else's library, even if they didn't use tags.
Unfortunately, the Tag Mirror proved to be too computationally expensive, and so it was disabled in October 2007. At the moment, there is no clear idea of when - or if - it will be restored.
